These Assorted Fresh Savory Bites are packed with flavor! They are perfect to serve to family and friends. They are so irresistible that they won’t last long – satisfying to the eyes and the taste buds.
At your next gathering, consider ordering a basket of fresh savory bites. The basket can include an assortment of my baked multi-grain dough (with beef, zaatar, spinach, kishk, cheese, labneh), Sambousek, Mini Men & Veggie Pierogi. Or an assortment of my fried dhal puri (with lentils, beef or cheese mix), cheese balls, veggie spring rolls, kibbeh balls, veggie samosa or cheese Spring rolls.
Pair that with one or more of my Savory trays (Snail Shape Borek (with spinach mix, kishk mix, beef mix or cheese mix), Pumpkin kibbeh or Beef kibbeh. Satisfying to the eyes and the taste buds.

* Trays are 14” × 14” round per order type. They are baked and go great with one of the salads, or cold appetizers, or cooked yogurt.
Baked Assortment:
A Multi-Grain Dough(dairy-free) – made of Oat flour, buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, wheat flour, red bran, honey and vegetable oil. It has an irresistible crispy edge. Not only is it delicious, it is so versatile and goes great with a large variety of fillings and spreads (Cheese mix, Zaatar mix, Kishk mix, Labneh mix, Sfeeha (beef mix filling), Spinach mix, and it is baked.

small dough dumpling made of white flour, eggs and milk stuffed with a filling of potato, onions, and cheese. Seasoned with black pepper. Baked with extra virgin olive oil and butter. Tossed with black pepper & grated parmesan cheese.

Snail Shape Borek Tray
14” ×14”- A filo dough filled with Kishk Mix (paste of yogurt and cracked wheat), or spinach, onions & Labneh (paste of yogurt), or cheese & parsley or beef and onions, or Zaatar tossed with black & white sesame seeds. Satisfying to the eye and the taste buds. You can have two fillings in one tray. We can add additional filling at extra charges of $10.00 (please specify). They go great with one of the salads.

Pumpkin Kibbeh Tray
14” ×14” _Tray consists of 2 layers of loaves potato, onions, pumpkin puree, and bulgur (cracked wheat)); and in-between is filled with seeds, chickpeas, pumpkin cubes, walnuts, onions and seasoned with herbs. We can add fried grounded beef at extra charges of $10.00 (please specify). They go great with one of the salads.

Beef Kibbeh Tray
14” ×14” – Tray consists of 2 layers of meatloaves (ground beef, onions, and bulgur (cracked wheat); and in between is filled with beef, onions, with or without nuts (please specify) and seasoned with herbs. They go great with cooked yogurt or one of the salads.
