Tray consist of almond flour, mozzarella cheese, whole fresh eggs, thyme, Himalayan pink salt, marjoram, baking powder and xanthan gum; topped with freshly made pizza sauce, fresh mushroom, colored bell peppers, black olives, onions, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and chia seeds or pumpkin seeds. This dish goes great with Fettuccini Salad or Fattoush (ordered separately).
