Made with wheat semolina and all-purpose flour, heavy cream, cow ghee, cow butter, olive oil, baking powder and yeast.

It is mixed with a blend of freshly grinded spices (mahlab, nutmeg, cloves, lemon zest, mastic gum) and sweetened with beet sugar.
